Returns and Exchanges

-We do not accept returns or exchanges of product because of a change in mind. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, Bahagia will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original piece in accordance with the following process:

- You must notify us within 7 days of accepting delivery of the Product and arrange return of the Product within 7 days after such notification.

-  We require photographic evidence and detailed explanation in order to identify if there's a factory fault on product or if the piece have been mishandled.

- We do not take responsibility for mishandled pieces. Please read our Info & Care info provided with every piece and also on our website to make sure you make the most of your purchase.

-  Upon receipt of the product we will refund you the purchase price for the Product, less any shipping costs

-  The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by us on your paypal account or credit card.
